With an array of Southern, Latin and European dishes, this neighborhood restaurant has brought some of the most unique dishes to the area (Our favorite brunch place! We love the chicken and biscuits. Go to their website to get on their waitlist to avoid long waits.)
Pho Ben
Noodle soups, rice meals & sandwiches in an airy, casual Vietnamese outfit with industrial styling. (We love this place and recommend getting the following: Appetizers: fresh spring rolls & egg rolls Entrees: Pho Tai, Bun Bo Nuong Cha Gio, Com Thit Nuong Drinks: Vietnamese iced coffee)

Japanese eats such as sushi, tempura & teriyaki served alongside beer, wine & sake in a basic space (We love to come here for cheap sushi! Also, best happy hour. $2.50 sushi)

Dinette is a Vietnamese-inspired kitchen and bar in Houston's Heights neighborhood (Come here for authentic, high quality Vietnamese fusion food! Highly recommend the Banh Xeo, Wagyu Skewers, and Braised Pork Belly!)

H Mart is the Asian H‑E‑B grocery! (It’s like Disneyland for me to come and get all the yummy snacks!)

For both tourists and Houstonians alike, this go-to attraction in the Museum District is a huge hit and makes for a fun-filled outing.
