Ceremony

This event is a formal, winter, outdoors themed (If in doubt, wear black!). The ceremony will be held indoors in the main dining room within the lodge.
Parking somewhat limited, carpool if possible. There will be winter-treaded 4X4s to shuttle those from cars to the lodge. There will be snow and ice so wear winter boots/shoes please!
Intermission
1:30 pm - 2:00 pm

We will have our guests transition for a short social break before the reception. Both the main dining area and the Fireside room are available to use and get cozy in!
Hot coffee, cocoa, tea, and homemade sweets to stay toasty! ⛄ Beer, wine, and other alcoholic beverages are to be purchased through the lodge's restaurant/bar.
Reception
2:00 pm - 5:00 pm

We will start eating at 2:00pm and seating will be available in the main dining room and Fireside room. No assigned seating arrangements, there will be long tables to be seated family style while we enjoy the delicious food prepared by the lodge's chefs.
The reception will continue into the late afternoon/early evening with plenty of time for safe travel back down the mountain for those who are not staying overnight.
