FAQs

The Wedding Website of Anna Janicek and Atlin Johnson
Question

What should I pack?

Answer

Fall in Albuquerque has the best weather of the year. Highs are usually in the 70s or 80s and lows in the 40s. If you have a free day, you can also bring a warm jacket and go up to the top of the mountains either by road or by aerial tramway (it can be chilly up at 10,600 feet). A pair of hiking boots or good walking shoes is also helpful if you want to do some of the 100s of miles of trails we have nearby.

Question

What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

Cocktail attire. If you've never been to a cocktail party, Google is your friend. But please, no jeans :)

Question

How do I get around ABQ?

Answer

We would recommend renting a car or carpooling. It is easy to rent a car from the airport. Unfortunately, we will be too busy to help shuttle people around.

Question

How long should I stay?

Answer

The wedding festivities take place from Friday-Sunday. But feel free to spend more time here if you wish; there is lots to see.

Question

Should I take photos of the ceremony for you?

Answer

We will have a professional photographer with us for the wedding, so feel free to keep your phone off and just enjoy the event with friends and family.

Question

Where is the honeymoon?

Answer

We are going to Portugal, Spain, and France for 3 weeks!
