When should I RSVP by?

Please submit your RSVP using this website by March 1, 2023

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We ask that guests dress in Semi-Formal attire. This means that tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. The majority of the evening will be spent outside, so please keep the weather in mind.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Sure! We'd love for our guests to stay with us at the Embassy Suites in Downtown Orlando, but if you would like other recommendations please reach out to us personally.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes of course! When you RSVP please indicate your dietary restrictions so that we can accommodate your needs.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! You can park in the Chase Plaza Public Parking Garage attached to the building that the venue is in. Easiest way to find it is by using GOOGLE MAPS and searching the address: 15 South Court Avenue, Orlando, FL 32801 There is a flat weekend rate of $13.00 in this garage. If you prefer, you may also find street parking which is $1 per hour but free after 5 PM and on Sundays. Please consider taking an Uber, Lyft, or having a friend come pick you up- no drinking and driving allowed!! For guests staying with us at the Embassy Suites, there is a shuttle that can take you to and from the hotel! ACCESSING THE VENUE: *FROM THE CHASE PLAZA PARKING GARAGE Park on level 3 or higher, near the South Office Tower elevators in an unreserved parking spot. Take the South Office Tower elevators down to the Main Lobby and follow the signs to the 11th floor. *FROM THE CHASE PLAZA COURTYARD or from CHURCH STREET Near the corner of Church Street and Orange Avenue, enter the South Office Tower under the Plaza Cinema Cafe sign (right side). Follow the signs to the elevators and head up to the 11th floor.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! Embassy Suites offers a complimentary shuttle. Call the front desk about 10 minutes prior to wanting to be picked up.

Overall what can I expect to happen on the day of the wedding?

Answer

We realize that most of you that are attending may have never been to a wedding in America before. It's our firt time planning a wedding too (& last!) so we'll let you in on how the day will go for the guests. When you first arrive we ask that you take a seat for the ceremony. We want everyone to be present during our ceremony, so we ask that you please keep your phones silenced and cameras away during the ceremony. We've hired a professional to capture our special day so you don't have to! Once the ceremony comes to an end and we say our "I do's", we invite you to enjoy cocktail hour while we take photos as bride & groom. During cocktail hour you can drink, try some tasty appetizers, take some photos of your own, and play some games! Then we will invite you to take your seats as we prepare for the dinner reception. We'll share some toasts and laughs and eat some food, then we'll all head to the dance floor to dance the night away! Once we've closed out the venue, we'll do a fun "send off" and for anyone who wants to keep the party going- you're in luck! We are in the heart of Downtown Orlando, so turn left or right to find the closest bar and enjoy the rest of the night!
