Ideal Flight/Travel Information

Ideally, flights should be booked for the day before the event to give plenty of time to travel safely. If you decide to fly in on the day of the event, please make sure that you have booked an early morning flight that arrives at Orlando (MCO), and Sanford (SFB) no later than 4 pm. For Tampa (TPA) plan on 3 PM. This should give you enough time to make it to the wedding ceremony start time! No transportation will be provided to the ceremony venue so please plan on utilizing a rental car, carpooling, Uber, or Lyft to arrive at the wedding ceremony! Also, there will be no transportation provided from the ceremony venue to the reception venue. Please utilize a rental car, carpooling, Uber, or Lyft as there are no Disney transportation buses from resort to resort. Please arrive at the wedding ceremony 30 minutes before the ceremony start and no later than 15 minutes before the ceremony start!
