Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the ceremony no later than 15 minutes before the ceremony start time. Ideally 30 minutes before is best.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Formal attire for all events during ceremony day. The more colorful the better! Please avoid white and black. Indian attire is allowed and encouraged as well!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! We highly encourage you to reach out to us with any concerns regarding allergies and dietary restrictions. We will have an Indian vegetarian option as well.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! If you are planning on bringing your kids, please make sure they are on their best behavior (Especially for the ceremony and couples' first dance and family dances). Note; this reception goes well into the night so please make any necessary preparations.

Can I bring a date?

Please do not bring anyone who has not RSVP'd. We have limited pre-determined slots.

Answer

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Free parking, tell the gate agent at the resorts that you are a wedding guest for the Barnett/Shah wedding. They will let you through and tell you where to park.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No. All transportation is the responsibility of the guests. Please check the travel tab for more details.

Is there a room block/assigned places to stay?

Answer

No, we do not have any room block set up. Please feel free to look under the travel section for hotel/home rentals for suggested places to stay.

When is the deadline for RSVPs?

Answer

The deadline for RSVPs is August 1st 2025. Please make sure to RSVP by the deadline. If you do not RSVP by the deadline, your spot is not guaranteed. Thank you!
