Travel/Hotel Information
There are multiple hotels right next to our venue (some close enough to walk!) so please choose the options that are best for you.
We have limited hotel blocks at the Moxy and the Hilton (see below). The Hilton will also have a shuttle option for those who do not wish to drive. The Moxy is located right next to the venue so you can just walk right over!
As you look for accommodations that fit your needs, please note that our venue is located on the East side of Madison. Guests will have access to both street parking and a parking garage for the event.
Note On Parking: The best option to park at is the Livingston St. Parking Garage, located 400 feet from our venue on the corner of E. Main and S. Livingston. Street parking is limited, but available. Any unauthorized vehicles parked in the Rainbow Project's parking lot will be towed.
Guests using ride-share services can be dropped off using the loading zone, located directly in front of the main gate of our venue.

This hotel is a block away from our venue (walking distance!) and has some beautiful rooms to make your stay in Madison unique. We do not have a block of rooms set up in this hotel at this time but it is a great option for guests that would like to be closer to the venue space.
