Flight
Tap Portugal
Tap Portugal offers a direct flight from Miami to Lisbon and New York to Lisbon. This Portuguese airline TAP is currently offering a Stopover program where if you book a flight from a long list of destinations, you can stop in Lisbon or Porto for up to 5 days at no additional flight cost. If you plan on staying in Lisbon only for the wedding (likely 1-5 days) and then traveling onward, this might be a great option to consider.
Rental Car
Rental Car
While a rental car is not necessary since Portugal does have uber, shuttle service will be provided to the events, and car pick up can be arranged through the hotel, this would be the best modality to rent a car. This website has all your car rental needs! An international drivers license is not needed to drive in Lisbon, also lucky for us they drive on the same side of the road as we do :) However, be sure to get an automatic car, if you don't know how to drive a manual! If you plan on checking out other parts of Portugal- the Algarve, Porto: this would be a great way to take in some of the other cities and views along the way.
Flight
Lisbon International Airport
Lisbon Airport is only a 25 minute Uber Ride away from Sintra or you if you really want you can rent a car, free parking is available at Penha Longa Resort!
Train
Comboios De Portugal
Train is a great way to travel around Europe. On our trip we took a train from Lisbon to Porto and it was a very comfortable journey with wifi and beautiful scenery. We did upgrade to business class since it was only 5 dollars more and it was well worth it. If you are looking to further explore Portugal or Spain this would be a great way to do it!

Shuttle from the Main hotel to the Sangeet

A shuttle will be running from the hotel to the Sangeet venue which is about 15 minutes away towards the Oceanside. There will be a total of 3 shuttles going from the hotel to the venue.

A shuttle will be running from the main hotel to the Reception venue which is in Lisbon along the water. This is approximately 25 minutes from the hotel. There will be a total of 3 shuttles that will be departing at different time frames to bring you to the post nuptial celebrations!
