4:00 PM – Arrival & Parking Logistics
Parking may be limited and may require a short walk to the venue. Guests can be dropped off at the building or golf carts may be available as needed.
The venue is wheelchair accessible via elevator for guests who may have difficulty navigating stairs from the beach or parking area.
Guests are encouraged to arrive 20–30 minutes early to allow time for parking and to enjoy the lake breeze prior to the ceremony.
4:30 PM – Ceremony
The ceremony will take place on the deck.
5:00 PM – Cocktail Hour
Cocktails and light refreshments will be served following the ceremony.
6:00 PM – Deck to Dinner Transition
Dinner will be served indoors following cocktail hour.
6:00 PM – Dinner Service Begins
9:15 PM – Golden Hour
Guests are invited to step outside onto the deck for sunset views.

👔👗 Dress Code: Semi-Formal - think airy and breathable cocktail attire. While suits and cocktail dresses are perfect, feel free to elevate your look with a tux or gown if you’re feeling fancy.
🧑🧑🧒🧒 We’ve reserved seats for specific family members and little ones! 🎊 When you RSVP, you will see your full party and the exact number of guests invited. 🌊 While July days are warm, West Olive evenings cool once the sun sets over the lake - we recommend bringing a blazer or wrap. The celebration will be on a deck, so feel free to wear your favorite summer heels or wedges!
