Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones, but due to strict venue capacity limits, we’re unable to accommodate children on the wedding day. We hope you’ll enjoy this special evening as a well-deserved parents’ night out! However, we’d be thrilled to have your kids join us at the Welcome Party on Friday night if it works for your family. It’s a great chance to kick off the celebration together!

What should I wear?

Answer

We’ll be all dressed up and would love for you to be too! Our wedding will be cocktail attire—think fun, longer dresses for the ladies and suits for the gents. Don’t be afraid to play with colors and prints! Dare we say no black? The ceremony will be held on grass, so plan your footwear accordingly.

Can I bring a plus one?

We’re keeping our guest list intimate and carefully curated, so we kindly ask that you refer to your invitation to see if a plus one was included. Thank you for understanding!

When should I RSVP?

Answer

Please let us know as soon as you can whether you'll be joining us! The final RSVP deadline is May 15th, 2026. If we haven’t heard from you by then, we’ll assume you’re unable to attend, as we’ll need to give a final headcount to our venue and caterer. Thanks so much for helping us plan!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. Guests may arrive as early as 3:30 PM to enjoy a glass of champagne before the ceremony begins. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

Where can I park?

Answer

If you're staying at the Suncadia Lodge or booked a property through Suncadia, you're all set! Complimentary shuttles will transport you to and from the venue, with return shuttles waiting at the end of the night. (NOTE: If you booked through Airbnb or a third party site, this may not be included in your stay) For everyone else, there’s plenty of free parking available near the venue.

Please visit the Travel tab for details on recommended accommodations. There are also plenty of great options in Cle Elum and Roslyn, both just a short drive from the venue, or Ellensburg which is a little further.
