Things To Do

Here's a list of our favorite places. Just a heads up that some are not listed because they'll be catering the wedding...

Campo Fina

330 Healdsburg Avenue, Healdsburg, CA 95448
, (707) 395-4640

Delicious food and drink on the square

Duke's Spirited Cocktails

111 Plaza Street, Healdsburg, CA 95448
, (707) 431-1060

Great spot for craft cocktails and food

The Elephant In the Room

Healdsburg, CA 95448

Fun little dive bar with great live music.

Russian River Brewing Company

700 Mitchell Lane, Windsor, CA 95492
, (707) 545-2337

The newest brewpub outpost of this storied brewer (the original is on 4th Street in Santa Rosa). Great pizza and beer. If you stop by, be sure to try Pliny the Elder and Blind Pig if you have any interest in IPAs.

Charles M. Schulz Museum and Research Center

2301 Hardies Lane, Santa Rosa, CA 95403
, (707) 579-4452

In-N-Out Burger

2131 County Center Drive, Santa Rosa, CA 95403
, (800) 786-1000

Likely the closest location to Healdsburg. If having your burger with mustard sautéed onions is appealing to you (it is to most), tell whoever is taking your order to make the burger "Animal style."

Gundlach Bundschu Winery

2000 Denmark Street, Sonoma, CA 95476
, (707) 938-5277

Pangloss Cellars

35 East Napa Street, Sonoma, CA 95476
, (707) 933-8565

Sonoma Cheese Factory

2 West Spain Street, Sonoma, CA 95476
, (707) 996-1931

Highly recommended stop for great cheeses, sandwiches, and more. Perfect place to create a picnic for your wine tasting adventures.

Artesa Vineyards & Winery

1345 Henry Road, Napa, CA 94559
, (707) 224-1668

Great for its architecture, views, and wines

Bouchaine Vineyards

1075 Buchli Station Road, Napa, CA 94559
, (707) 252-9065

Great rosé and beautiful views. Known for their Chardonnay, but we really like their reds too.

Oxbow Public Market

610 1st Street, Napa, CA 94559

This sprawling marketplace features a riverside deck, food vendors, local produce & more.

Bodega Bay

Bodega Bay, CA 94923

With great cliffs and waves, a popular spot and quick getaway (approximately 45 minutes) from Healdsburg

San Francisco Giants Baseball

24 Willie Mays Plaza, San Francisco, CA 94107

The Washington Nationals and Philadelphia Phillies are in town around our wedding date. You may want to check Seatgeek.com or go to the box office at Oracle Park to get the best deal (the scalpers outside aren't worth dealing with).

Swensen's Ice Cream

1999 Hyde Street, San Francisco, CA 94109
, (415) 775-6818

Unless you're a fan of steep uphill walks, it may be worth getting a ride up here. That said, you can grab something to go and visit Lombard Street nearby. The sticky peanut butter is our usual choice for indulgence.

Boudin Bakery Cafe

160 Jefferson Street, San Francisco, CA 94133
, (415) 928-1849

One of many outposts for Boudin, a San Francisco institution known for its sourdough bread. The clam chowder in a sourdough bread bowl is a usual go-to, along with grabbing a sourdough loaf (or several) to take home. This specific location is near Fisherman's Wharf, Pier 39, and Ghirardelli Square (a must-stop for chocolate fans).

Ferry Building

1 The Embarcadero, San Francisco, CA 94105

Great local restaurants and vendors in a historic building along the San Francisco Bay

Baker Beach

Gibson Road, San Francisco, CA 94129
, (415) 561-4323

A picturesque beach and, when the fog is cooperating, a great view of the Golden Gate Bridge

Dos Coyotes Border Cafe

6450 Folsom Boulevard, Sacramento, CA 95819
, (916) 452-5696

Anil's favorite restaurant in Sacramento (a locally owned chain with outposts in the Sacramento Airport (Terminal B), among other areas)

For all the days along the way
