The wedding ceremony and reception will take place on Saturday, June 4 at The Woodlands at Algonkian (47001 Fairway Dr, Sterling, VA 20165). A welcome event will take place on Friday, June 3, also in Algonkian Regional Park but at Shelter 1. Dulles Airport (IAD) is the closest airport. A block of hotel rooms at a group rate is being held at Hampton Inn Dulles/Cascades (see details below).

Click "View" below before May 3 to access the Mauger Davis Wedding room block at a rate of $109/night (+tax). Breakfast is included in that rate. The rooms are KING style rooms only (all double rooms are committed to other groups) on the nights of Friday June 3 and Saturday June 4; a smaller number of rooms are also available on the night of Thursday June 2. We have made arrangements with the hotel to offer limited shuttle service between the hotel and the Woodlands (wedding/reception venue). A shuttle will leave the hotel at 4:15PM on Saturday June 4, arriving at the venue around 4:30PM. A shuttle will leave the Woodlands at 10:30PM to take late-night revelers back to the hotel, arriving around 10:45PM. Uber and Lyft are options for departure at your convenience.
