Answer
Neither partner is changing their name - they will continue to go by Jimmy Mauger and Anika Davis.
Question
Should I fly into Dulles (IAD) or Reagan/National (DCA)?
Answer
The wedding venue, hotel with the wedding room block, and IAD are as close together as possible. If you are flying in for the weekend only, IAD will likely be more convenient. If you are planning additional time in the area to tour DC, etc., DCA may be more convenient for flying out. DCA is metro accessible, IAD is bus accessible, and both are Uber or taxi accessible (although IAD is further out and more costly for a taxi/Uber).
