What is the Meet and Greet on Friday?

Answer

The Meet and Greet is a chance for our out of town friends and family and Houston friends and family to meet up. We will meet at Bar Esperanto inside Hotel Ylem. The Chef on the Run Food Truck will be available. Our signature complimentary cocktail will be Miraflores and we will have a complimentary champagne toast at 7pm.

What is the timing on Saturday?

Answer

We are doing things a little differently. We would like guests to arrive at 7pm to take photos, enjoy the cigar and tequila bar (other drinks also available), appetizers, and sign our art piece guest book before the ceremony. The event is "open seating" with a few exceptions for family, wedding house party, and a few others. After the ceremony, please enjoy Gatlin's BBQ (vegetarian options will be available), buffet style. We're excited to dance and enjoy the rest of the night and the typical wedding shenanigans such as a few speeches, a first dance, and cake!

What is the attire for Saturday?

Answer

Think Garden Party/ Chic BBQ - Suits are always appropriate for men, and anything from mid-length floral, to maxi, to cocktail attire for women. Feel free to dress with flair and show your personality!

Answer

Friday - free parking in Hotel Ylem lot. Saturday - complimentary valet parking. Sunday - street parking.

Yes, kids are welcome to attend all the events!

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be indoors. Pending weather, cocktail hour may be partially outside. The cigar bar will be outdoors.
