As many of you know, I'm an only child and was the youngest out of all my immediate cousins. Sona is my 1st cousin, but was more like the cool big sis I never had growing up. She was always my biggest cheerleader and support system. Any time I had an ounce of self doubt, she was there to boost my confidence back up. She treated me like an adult even though I was just a kid, which truly stuck with me throughout the years. Everybody needs them a Sona in their lives! She's an awesome human and a badass lead singer of her own band. I've always looked up to her and admired her relationship with her husband Joe, so I couldn't think of anyone more fitting for Matron of Honor.

Raul and I met while working at Papa Murphy's pizza back in 2008. My first friend in Northern CA, we quickly bonded over cheesecake and metal music. I can always count on him to be there when I need a hand, and to give me advice on anything. Extremely loyal and the friendliest guy I know, he'll make friends with random strangers in bathrooms and on street corners. If you get a chance to talk to him, tell him he has nice knees.
Nayiri Donikian

Nayiri is my oldest friend. Any chance we get, we're proud to tell people that we've been besties since childhood. From playdates after Armenian school to being there for each other through all of life's triumphs and challenges. This girl inspires me by always striving for bigger and better. Not to mention she's the best mama to her adorable son Sayat! Nayiri is as loyal of a friend as they get, and I'm so grateful to have her in my corner in life along with by my side on our wedding day!

Mi hermano! Mike, Michael, Aquaman, Uncle Jesse...He goes by many names, but my brother Michael has always been there for me. Even when I didn't deserve it, he's always had my back. Michael introduced me to heavy metal and Tenacious D, Tupac and Biggie, and even was gracious enough to let me be player two every time. Everybody knows two is higher than one so that's better, right? Right?

Sira and I met during our high school years and quickly became inseparable. We worked together, took the same classes in community college together and both transferred to 4 year colleges in Southern California around the same time as well. She was stuck with me! We've been through a whole lot and have enough inside jokes to last a lifetime. After adulthood took over, we learned that we could grow separately in in our own little worlds without ever growing apart. She's my go-to gal for random life advice and always has my back. Be sure to ask her how to pronounce her full name when you meet her! lol :)

My partner in crime and my soul sister! Christina is always the life of the party and can quote the Office better than Michael Scott. She was once just my crazy roommate and now one of my best friends. I've only known her a few years, but I love our shenanigans and she might be my long lost twin. She inspires me to live my best life and taught me you can't get in trouble if you don't answer the door!
Shabana Admani

I love telling the story of how Shabana and I met at Cal Poly Pomona. I'd had awful luck with weird roommates previously, so my final semester applying for a new on-campus apartment, I decided to search for an ethnic looking name in the college directory. I settled on Shabana Admani. My plan worked, as our cultures were very similar and we became instant friends after she found a stash of my moms homemade Sarma and Kufte in our fridge. We entertained/supported one another through all of life's ups and downs during our college years. Upon graduation, we embarked on a spontaneous trip to Europe, traveling 3 countries in 7 days! She's a total sweetheart that I can always count on. She was also quite instrumental in our engagement...ask her about it at the wedding for a good laugh! :)

Sean has been in my life longer than almost anybody, as he's been with my sister Jasmin for nearly thirty years now. From teaching me how to play Halo to introducing me to Johnnie Walker Green Label, Sean has always been there for me! The older I get the more respect I have for him as I see the excellent father and husband that he is. I'm extremely happy to call him my brother.
