Shuttle from Hotel to the Venue

September 3, 2022 4:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Our Venue is nested into the East Bay Hills. The road is windy and the venue can be difficult to get to. Transportation will be provided from the hotel to the venue. Parking is available at the Venue for those who choose to drive. Please note there is a 5 MPH speed limit once on the property. Shuttle will depart from the hotel at 4:00pm Shuttle will depart from the venue at 10:00pm and 10:15pm

Flight

San Jose International Airport (SJC)

SJC is a smaller airport and very easy to get in and out of. The airport is about 20 miles from the venue and about 27 miles from downtown Pleasanton. No public transportation is available from the South Bay to the East Bay so the best course of action would be to rent a car

Oakland International Airport (OAK)

OAK airport is a great airport for Southwest flights. It is also a smaller airport and easy to fly in and out of. Oakland airport is about 22 miles from downtown Pleasanton and 30 miles from the Venue. You can hop on the train (BART) and head to Pleasanton to avoid renting a car. The hotel is within walking distance of the Dublin/Pleasanton BART Station.

Flight

San Francisco International Airport (SFO)

SFO is the largest airport in the area. The bonus is that there are plenty of flight options, but it's the busiest and furthest from both downtown Pleasanton (40 Miles) and our Venue (40 Miles). You can hop on BART and take it to Pleasanton to avoid renting a car. The hotel is within walking distance of the Dublin/Pleasanton BART Station.
