Flight
You would want to fly into Palma, Majorca airport. It is the only airport in Majorca. ( Airport code is PMI.) You can fly to most major European cities and those cities will have a direct flight to Palma, Majorca-PMI.
Train
There is a train that travels from Palma de Majorca to Soller, Majorca - The Port of Soller. This is a vintage train and we recommend to use it as a tourist option to go into Palma for a day. I would not use it to travel from Palma to Soller with suitcases, etc.
Travel Note
If you would like to save some money or experience a lower cost avenue from Palma de Majorca to Soller, Majorca (or other surrounding villages if you are staying in Deia,) I would recommend taking the bus. It is very comfortable and will have room for luggage. This is a great option, especially if you speak a little Spanish it won't be a problem to find the bus location as it is directly outside the Palma de Majorca airport when you exit the main doors, you will see the bus stops in front of you. You can also ask for directions. Do note that you will need to CHANGE BUSES- in Palma. Take the bus #A1 ( Aeropuerto-Arribades) Arrivals bus A1 towards Es Baluard to the stop to Plaça d'Espanya- at Plaça d'Espanya you will need to walk about 75ft to Estació Intermodal to catch the #210 to Port de Sóller. Exit at the Cetre. The bus system is a fantastic way to explore the island as well!
Rental Car
Check out the various car rental companies located at Palma Airport. Renting a car is a good idea if you are comfortable driving on small and winding roads. Do note: Parking is a challenge in smaller villages and hotels depending on where they are located. I recommend inquiring about parking at the place you plan to stay before renting a car. You may be better off taking a taxi / Uber from the airport and bus around the villages. Also parking on-site at the wedding location will be very limited. Most guests will be encouraged to take a taxi. We are working on organizing taxies for day of the wedding celebration.
House Or Rental
Meila (who is also a bridesmaid in our wedding and dear friend) helped us secure our house rental and wedding location. She was born in Majorca and knows everything there is to know about the island and rentals. If you are interested in renting a place for the week or getting a group together and splitting a place for the week, I think this wonderful option! Some of her rental properties you may also find on Airbnb or other websites, but I suggest you go through Meila. It will be easier and she knows the properties well. Pricing is the same.
Hotel
I have always used Lonely Planet as one of my main resources to book hotels, hostels, travel excursions and more! They have a hotel section that you can select your dates and look for the LP verified symbol, meaning they have visited the property and verified it. Of course, there are many websites and options out there. If you find a property I am happy to help you ensure it is in the correct location or visit it this coming summer to ensure all checks out!

Hotel
Hotel in Deia, 5 Star, - about 11 KM for Port de Soller but an excellent upscale option. Any hotels in Deia booked you will need to get to and from the hotel to Port de Soller on the day of the wedding.
