What are my transportation options if I don't have a car?

Answer

We recommend Uber or Lyft from your hotel to the Church and Church to the reception. It is about 15-20 minute ride.

Do I need to book my hotel at the JW Marriott?

Answer

No, you have several options around the area if you wish to book a room outside the JW Marriott. We added a room reservation block at a smaller, somewhat more economical hotel near Union Square.

Regarding social distancing, what are the seating arrangements for the cocktail hour and the dinning room?

Answer

The cocktail hour will be held in a top floor, indoor reception room. 24" standing cocktail tables will have separation of approximately 5 - 6 feet. There is an adjoining, smaller outdoor room with limited space available. The dining room connects to these other two rooms and will have 60" round tables which seat a max of 8 people. Are vaccinations for COVID-19 virus required and do I need to show proof of vaccinations?

Yes, San Francisco and the venue does require all guests to be vaccinated and showing proof of vaccinations will be required.

Does having a COVID-19 test sufficient to attend without the Vaccination?

No, only guests with the Covid-19 vaccination will be permitted at the venue.

Yes Masks are required at the church and indoor events with the exception when you are eating or drinking. Please bring a mask with you.

What are my parking options?

Answer

There is valent only parking at the hotel cost is $50 + tax for the wedding event. There is free parking at the church for the ceremony. Overnight parking is $66 + tax per night. There are other parking garages near union square, nearby the hotel, street metered parking. We recommend lyft or uber if you are local or don't have a car.
