If I am planning to stay at Bear Lake Reserve, when do I need to have my cabin booked?

Answer

We have cabins on hold for the wedding until 1/15/2024 and after that those holdings are open for the rest of the public and prime locations may no longer be available. The minimun stay is 2 nights.

What will the weather be like at the time of the wedding?

Answer

As we are planning for an outdoor ceremony the expected temperature around the event day will be around 50-60+ F during the day. As we are up in the mountains having a light coat or shawl is recommended. Updates on the weather will be shared closer to the big day.

Can I bring a guest to the wedding?

Due to limited seating we are not encouraging extra guests not specifically invited, please contact Angie or myself directly for more information.

Can I bring a guest to the Happily ever after party?

Answer

Yes, please feel free to bring a guest to the after party but we will need their name as we will have provide a guest list to the reserve to ensure admittance.
