Flight

Cancun (CUN) Airport

Guests should arrange their flights to arrive at Cancun International Airport (CUN). It is about 20 minutes away. from the resort. Our flights will be booked through American Airlines, and I will keep this updated once I get our new flight itinerary.

Shuttle

A shuttle option will be provided to our guests through our travel agent once you book your stay. If multiple people are on the same flight, the shuttle can take everyone as a group. Please update your flight information to our travel agent 60 days prior to your departure so that they can accommodate your transportation.

Passports

Please note that up to date passports are necessary for all travelers and all existing passports must good for 6 months after returning from international travel per current US regulations. The earlier you get your passport, the cheaper it is! All passport agencies closed due to COVID and are slowly opening up. They have been backed up for months, so if you need to get your passport please do this ASAP.
