What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal attire. For men, this typically means a well-tailored suit or blazer with dress pants, a button-up shirt, and dress shoes. A tie or bow tie is optional, but highly recommended for a polished look. For women, a cocktail dress, knee-length or midi dress, or a dressy blouse with a skirt or tailored pants is perfect. Pair your outfit with elegant shoes, simple jewelry, and a small clutch or handbag to complete your look. Please avoid jeans, t-shirts, and sneakers—this is a special occasion, and we want everyone to look their best!

Is the wedding going to be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors, and the reception will be a mix of both indoor and outdoor spaces. Please note that early November in Knoxville typically ranges from the 50s to 60s degrees Fahrenheit, so plan accordingly. In the event of rain, we have weather tarps available to keep everyone comfortable and dry.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

We recommend arriving an hour early to allow time for parking and to be escorted to the ceremony area by the venue staff.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests limit photos during the ceremony to avoid distractions. Our professional photographer will capture each moment, and photos will be available afterward. Please keep phones on airplane mode during the ceremony to help us maintain a peaceful and memorable experience.

What happens if I need to cancel or change my RSVP?

Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your RSVP. We can make booking modifications up to 30 days before the wedding.
