We’d love to kick off the celebrations with you! Join us for an evening of Hors d'oeuvres, light refreshments, and a cash bar as we catch up and spend time together before the big day. This is the perfect chance to relax, mingle, and reconnect—especially with all of our out-of-town guests we may not have seen in a while. There are multiple public parking lots near the hotel that you pay by the hour or by plate. The first one is 1402 E Eighth Ave and the second is in front of the hotel located on 1423 E Seventh Ave if you check maps. ** If you choose do so, or will already be staying at the Hotel Haya, they offer Valet parking services at $20/hr for the day, and $39 overnight.

𝗖𝗼𝗰𝗸𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹 / 𝗚𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗻 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘆 - Think of it as a slight step above semi-formal—elevated, yet appropriate for an outdoor garden setting. Examples include dresses in flowy fabrics or prints, or a well-tailored suit and tie.
Ceremony and reception will take place at the Tampa Garden Club. Immediately following the ceremony, guests are invited to enjoy a cocktail hour featuring passed hors d’oeuvres, with the reception commencing at approximately 6:00–6:30 PM.
