Search for the best deals on any reputable airline. Fly into Cancun (CUN) Airport. Please book the flight that works with your schedule. We recommend staying 3-4 nights to join in on all the fun! Please keep in mind airport delays and cancellations do happen. If possible, give yourself at least 24-36 hrs before the wedding day, which is Thursday, February 8th, 2024. *Words of Advice* Bring water and snacks for when you arrive at the airport. It is HOT and there are no water bottles or snacks for sale at the terminal when you arrive. If you arrive before check-in time, you can use all the amenities (pool, restaurants, activities etc.). Pack a small bag with swimwear and other necessities to utilize at the resort while you wait for your room to be ready. The lobby will hold your luggage for you and keep it safe until your room is ready.

Passport Details

Every guest must have a passport that is valid during their travel and for 6 months after your scheduled return date. You will need this to board your flight and the resort will ask for it when you check in. The process of applying for or renewing a passport can take several months, so please consider this in advance. Click "view" to apply or renew.

Airport Transfer Service

When booking your room be sure to select the Events Rate + Free Transfer option! All reservations that have a minimum of 3 nights made directly through the website will receive a free roundtrip ground transportation from the airport to the hotel, and vice versa. This service is provided by Seasons Tours. Please contact transfers@seasonstours.com with your flight information and reservation number to register for your transfer. If you don't wish to use the above option, feel free to research and pick a transfer company of your choosing.

Credit Card Information

Please make sure your credit card will be valid through your stay at Finest Playa Mujeres. IF YOUR CREDIT CARD EXPIRES BEFORE THEY CHARGE YOUR CARD 30 DAYS BEFORE YOUR STAY, YOUR ROOM RESERVATION MAY BE CANCELLED. Please call the resort and update your credit card information on file as soon as possible. Additionally, your room reservation can be cancelled if your bank declines the charge from the resort. This can happen because the resort is located in Mexico. Please notify your bank that you are expecting a charge from Finest Playa Mujeres to prevent this from happening.
