A block of rooms has been reserved at Courtyard Denver Southwest/Littleton and Residence Inn Denver Southwest/Littleton, which share a parking lot, from Friday, July 25 to Sunday, July 27 for both hotels. If you are arriving on Thursday and need an extra night, first make your reservation for Friday to Sunday, then please call the hotel and let them know you need to add Thursday as well. They are aware this may happen and are prepared to assist. If you are arriving early on Friday, early check-in on July 25 is dependent on hotel availability. Shuttle
July 26, 2025 2:45 pm - 10:15 pm
A shuttle to the venue will be provided for guests staying at both hotels, with pickup between 2:45 pm and 3:00 pm. The shuttle will depart at 3:00 pm, and will pickup in between both hotels since they are 200 ft. apart. Please note, there will be only one shuttle (with a max capacity of 50 passengers) making a single trip to the venue, so be sure to arrive on time to secure your spot. If you’re not staying at the hotel, or aren't taking the shuttle, we recommend using Uber or Lyft to get to the venue. If you choose to drive, please be aware that parking is somewhat limited at the venue.
Travel Note
Shuttles will be provided for ALL guests after the event, even if you're not staying at the hotel. The shuttle will transport everyone from the venue (Woodlands) back to the hotel. There will be 3 shuttle departure times: Trip 1: 9:30 PM Trip 2: 10:05 PM Trip 3 10:30 PM (Wedding Party & Immediate Family) If you're local or not staying at the hotel, you can take an Uber or Lyft to the venue before the ceremony. However, Uber or Lyft WILL NOT be available for pickups after the event due to the venue's remote location. This is why the shuttle is REQUIRED for any and all guests who do not drive to the event and need transportation to their hotel, Airbnb, or who need to call an Uber or Lyft to reach their destination afterward. All guests who took the shuttle or ride-share to the venue, including locals and those not staying at the hotel, will need to board the shuttle to return to the hotel. Once at the hotel, you can continue celebrating in the hotel bar or call your ride from there, as there will be ride-shares available from the hotel.
