Cocktail/semi-formal attire requested. For women, a cocktail dress of any length, a dressy/chic jumpsuit, etc. For men, a dress shirt, blazer, dress slacks, etc.
Please refer to your invitation for details on whether a plus one is invited. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us directly.
A shuttle will be provided for guests staying at both hotels, with pickup at 3 PM. Please note that there will be only one shuttle making one trip to the venue, so be sure to arrive on time to secure your spot. If you’re not planning to take the shuttle or are not staying at our hotel, please use Uber or Lyft to get to the venue. If you choose to drive, there are limited parking spaces available at the venue.
Our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We are excited to have our flower girl and ring bearer participate, but we kindly ask that no other children attend.
Please arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony so we can start promptly. The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm. Late entry to the ceremony will not be allowed, so please make sure you are seated no later than 3:50pm.
We will be offering a buffet for dinner with a handful of food options. If you have any dietary restrictions (e.g., vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free), please submit that on your RSVP or reach out to us directly. This will allow us to notify our caterer in advance and ensure a special meal is prepared for you.
OF COURSE :) We recommend utilizing the transportation options explained previously so you don't have to worry about driving!
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, while the reception will be indoors. Colorado mountain weather can be unpredictable, so we recommend checking the forecast and dressing accordingly.
YES! When the event comes to an end, head back to our hotel (Courtyard Denver Southwest/Littleton) to keep the celebration going! We have reserved the bar, and it will be serving until 1:00 am. We hope to see you there! *Shuttles will be provided for all guests back to the hotel*
Please reach out to the bride or groom directly BEFORE July 1, 2025 so we can update our vendors.
Our beautiful mountains come with higher elevation, and some guests might feel the effects of the altitude (think lightheadedness, fatigue, or headaches). To help prevent altitude sickness: • Start hydrating a few days before you arrive • Drink lots of water while you’re here • Take it easy your first day or two • Be mindful with alcohol—it can feel stronger up here! If you’re especially sensitive, we recommend altitude supplements or electrolyte drinks to help adjust. We want everyone feeling great and ready to celebrate!
