Angela moved to the East and West coasts while Ryan stayed in Houston, conquering the craft beer scene and surfing waves. However, they remained friends on social media, and when Ryan saw that Angela had moved to Galveston in the summer of 2019, he seized the opportunity to reconnect. The two started spending time together, surfing, and enjoying each other's company, but little did they know that fate had more in store for them. Ryan moved to Galveston in March of 2020, the same weekend the beaches shut down due to the pandemic. While Angela's industry came to a halt, Ryan's career thrived. During this challenging time, Ryan proved to be Angela's rock and grounding force, helping her navigate through the loss of her father. It was a true testament to the strength of their bond, and it brought them closer together. With time, Ryan and Angela's love grew stronger, and they welcomed a third furry member to their family, making it a full house of five. Their dog, Mila, and their two cats, Stella and Lafitte, complete their little family, and they couldn't be happier. It was clear to everyone who knew them that Ryan and Angela were meant to be together. Ryan knew this too, and in April, he proposed to Angela at the same beach where they first met, with Mila by their side. It was a magical moment, just the two of them, and it felt like the perfect way to start their forever. Today, they're starting a new chapter in their lives, filled with love, laughter, and adventure.
