While we'd love to celebrate with all your kiddos, please refer to your invitations. Since we have a lot of kids in our families, only our families' kids will be included. For those of you traveling with babies under 1 year old, they are welcome to join on Friday night!

Friday night is casual. Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees. Temperatures may cool off in the evening, so bring layers. This event is dressy casual! Mid-July tends to be pretty hot, but it's the Pacific Northwest, so come prepared for anything! Airy dresses and short-sleeve button-up shirts with a sport coat are welcome. We recommend bringing warm layers for cooler temperatures at night. The ceremony will be in a forest on dirt, and the reception will be on grass, so wear appropriate footwear.
Both the ceremony and reception will be outside. Some shade will be provided, but we recommend wearing sunscreen.
There is no parking at the venue. We recommend parking at Mt. Hood Oregon Resort and taking the provided shuttles. Please wait in the lobby for the shuttles.
We would like to start the ceremony at 3:30 pm, so please arrive by 3:15 pm at the latest. Shuttles from Mt. Hood Resort to the venue will be at 2:30, 2:45, and 3 pm.
To eat, we'll be serving light hors d'oeuvres, a BBQ dinner and dessert. To drink, there will be an open bar with cocktails, beer, wine, cider, and non-alcoholic beverages. Sweet and savory s'mores will be provided later in the evening by the fire.
