Shuttles from Mt. Hood Oregon Resort to the venue will be provided starting at 4:30 pm. If you are not staying at the Mt. Hood Oregon Resort, you are still welcome to park there to take the shuttles. Please wait in the lobby for the shuttles. Shuttles back to Mt. Hood Oregon Resort from the venue will start at 9 pm. The last shuttles will leave the venue at 9:30 pm.

Everyone is welcome to join us for some drinks to kickoff off the wedding weekend! Margaritas, wine, and beer will be served. We recommend grabbing dinner beforehand at one of the tasty restaurants nearby (See the "Food & Things To Do" tab for recommendations). There is no parking at the venue. Shuttles from Mt. Hood Oregon Resort to the venue will be provided starting at 6:30 pm. If you are not staying at the Mt. Hood Oregon Resort, you are still welcome to park there to take the shuttles. Please wait in the lobby for the shuttles. Shuttles back to Mt. Hood Oregon Resort from the venue will start at 9 pm. The last shuttles will leave the venue at 9:30 pm.
3:15 am - 11:00 pm
This event is dressy casual! Both the ceremony and reception will be outside. Mid-July tends to be pretty hot, but it's the PNW, so come prepared for anything! Airy dresses and short-sleeved button-up shirts are welcome. We recommend bringing warm layers for cooler temperatures at night. The ceremony will be in a forest on dirt, and the reception will be on grass, so wear appropriate footwear.
There is no parking at the venue. Shuttles from Mt. Hood Oregon Resort to the venue will be provided at 2:30, 2:45, and 3:00 pm. If you are not staying at the Mt. Hood Oregon Resort, you are still welcome to park there to take the shuttles. Please wait in the lobby for the shuttles. The ceremony will start promptly at 3:30 pm. Cocktail hour, BBQ dinner, dancing, and a bonfire to follow. Shuttles back to Mt. Hood Oregon Resort from the venue will be at 9, 10, and 11 pm. Music will end at 10 pm; however, you are welcome to hang by the fire until 11:00 pm. Sweet and savory s'mores will be provided!
