Travel Recommendations
Winters is a very small town near Sacramento so we recommend flying into Sacramento Airport. However, there are many airports in the Bay Area within a two hour drive. The area around Winters is quite spread out with limited Uber/Lyft availability, so we would recommend renting a car at whichever airport you choose to fly into. This will also allow you to explore Sacramento and the Napa Valley! We also recommend coordinating with family and friends for transportation. If you have any issues feel free to reach out to us.
Shuttle
Shuttle from Park Winters to Hotels at the end of the night
April 26, 2026 10:00 pm - 11:00 pm
If you are staying at Hotel Winters or the Fairfield Inn, there will be a shuttle making three trips from the venue to both hotels at the end of the night. One trip will be leaving around 10:00pm and the others will be at the end of the night (11:00pm). You are welcome to leave your car overnight at the venue - just make sure to pick it up before 11:00am the next day. It should also be easy to get Ubers/taxis to the venue during the day; it is just difficult to get them late at night.

Hotel Recommendations
We recommend staying at one of the two hotels in Winters listed below as they are the closest to the venue! However, there are plenty of hotels in Davis and Sacramento that are about a 30-45 minute drive away as well, depending on traffic.

This hotel is down the street from Hotel Winters (~4 minute drive/~30 minute walk) and also a 10 minute drive from the venue.
