Please park in the main parking lot at John Ball Zoo. We recommend arriving by 4:00 PM to ensure a timely arrival. On-site transportation will chauffeur guests to the adjoining venue; signage and greeters will be available to assist. Please note that transportation service will pause during the ceremony; early arrival is kindly advised.

The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, weather permitting, with the reception held indoors. All events are conveniently in a shared space.

During cocktail hour, light refreshments will be served, along with the Korovai ceremony—a traditional Eastern European wedding bread ritual. We invite you to join us in sharing the bread.
Michigan in early July can be warm and humid. While we cannot predict the exact conditions, we recommend dressing comfortably for the summer weather and staying hydrated.
Food will be served family-style, with the exception of the vegan option, which will be plated and available upon request. Please let us know in advance if you would like the vegan option.
Yes, there will be an open bar. It will temporarily close during the ceremony and toasts with last call at 10:00 PM.
