What Covid precautions are you taking?

Answer

Red Maple Vineyard is following all CDC guidelines and New York State requirements, and taking all necessary precautions. All full-time staff are required to be vaccinated, and any part-time staff who may not be vaccinated are required to show a negative test and wear a mask. For the safety and health of all wedding guests, we kindly ask that any unvaccinated guests receive a negative Covid test prior to the wedding. Find test sites in Ulster County here: https://covid19.ulstercountyny.gov/get-tested/ Vaccinated guests are also encouraged to get tested prior to the wedding. If you are no longer able or feel uncomfortable traveling or attending, we understand. Please let us know as soon as possible—no later than August 25th—so we can update our relevant vendors.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. For women this typically means a cocktail dress, a dressy skirt and top, or a pantsuit or dressy jumpsuit. For men this typically means a suit and tie, or a dinner jacket and slacks.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting) on grass. The reception will be in a covered and partially enclosed pavilion.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is a parking lot at the venue.

Will transportation be provided to and from the hotel?

Answer

Yes! There will be a shuttle to and from the Best Western and wedding, both at the end of the reception and at the end of the after party. More details on timing will be provided at the hotel.

Will there be special diet options?

Answer

Yes! We will have vegetarian and gluten free food options at all wedding events.
