Shuttles to and from Park City for the Wedding Ceremony & Reception

October 17, 2020 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm

FINALIZED WEDDING SHUTTLE SCHEDULE:  PICK UP #1: 9th and Main Street; look for shuttle at the transit circle / 'round about' near the intersection of 9th and Main Street 2:30-2:45pm: Board Shuttle  2:45pm: Shuttles depart Main Street Stop (it won't wait, please don't be late!)  PICK UP LOCATION #2: Double Tree Park City, 1800 Park Ave; the shuttle will pick up on the side of the hotel closest to the grocery store (Fresh Market).  2:55-3:10pm: Board Shuttle  By 3:10pm: Shuttles depart for River Bottoms Ranch (it won't wait, please don't be late!) Return Shuttles: Return shuttles will run hourly at 9pm, 10pm, and 11pm, returning guests to both the Main Street and Prospector square stops.

Salt Lake City International Airport

Salt Lake City International Airport is just a short 30 minutes from Park City. Guests should fly in here, and we'd recommend renting a car for ease of transportation and individual exploring - Utah has a lot to offer! Should you choose to forego driving, you can leverage one of the easy SLC > Park City airport shuttles that we've recommended (or Uber) and leverage Uber for the remainder of your stay.

Rental Car, Uber, or Shuttle Service?

Ubers to Park City from the Airport will run you about $50 one way, and airport shuttles usually run about $80-$90 total (round trip) per person. If you plan to stay on or around Main Street for the duration of your trip, you may not need a car. However, if you plan to explore or participate in pre or post wedding activities, a rental car may be your best bet to ensure you can get where you want to go on time! If you opt to go the airport shuttle route, some local recommendations are: Snow Country Limousine, Canyon Transport, and Park City Express.
