What is included in an All-Inclusive resort?

Answer

Dreams Macao Beach Punta Cana is an all-inclusive resort located in the Dominican Republic, on Playa Macao. Rates include meals and beverages at onsite dining establishments. The resort offers limitless gourmet à la carte dining and top-shelf spirits. Dining is also available at the coffee shop/cafe, and room service (during limited hours) is provided. Relax with a refreshing drink at the bar/lounge, the beach bar, or one of 3 poolside bars. Guests can also enjoy a water park with countless slides and a lazy river.

When is the deadline to put down a deposit for a payment plan?

Answer

The deadline to put down a deposit if you are doing a payment plan is June 21st, 2024. Please visit our booking website located on the travel tab, in order to put down your $100 deposit.

Do I have to book through your travel agent?

Answer

Yes, we have secured a room block for our special guests. The resort will not consider you part of our special day if you reserve rooms outside of the room block.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Making a $100 deposit to the travel agent to secure your room booking and travels acts as your "RSVP". Want to RSVP...book your travel with Sarah.

When should I start arriving to the resort.

Answer

Based on our room block, guests are able to start arriving as early as June 18, 2025 - June 25, 2025 (3-night minimum) You may stay as many days as you would like. We ask that all guests try their best to arrive by Thursday, June 19th, or the latest Friday June 20th to attend our Welcome White Party!

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

CAN I BRING A GUEST? If your guest's name, or a +1, is listed in your invite then YES! Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with only close friends and family.

Can we bring our children?

Answer

We love children however this is an adult only 18 and over event. Dreams Macao is a family friendly resort that offers childcare. Please contact Dreams concierge at 1 809-552-0150 for age ranges and prices.

Do I need a Passport to attend?

Answer

Yes, you do need a passport valid at least 6+ months past your travel dates. Passport cards are not valid for international air travel. If you have a passport, be sure to check the expiration date. If you don't already have a passport, it is a good idea to apply early to be sure you receive it in time for your trip. Passports normally take 4-6 weeks to process but have recently been slowed down due to the pandemic. We suggest applying a minimum of 6 months in advance as a precaution. What airport do I fly to?

Answer

All guests will need to fly into PUJ - Punta Cana International Airport. Private transportation to and from the resort is included in your cost when you book with our travel agent.

What if I can't attend?

We completely understand, just let us know! Our sincerest hope is that no one feels guilty, as you must make the best decision for your family, prior obligations, and your budget. You will be met with total understanding and love from both Jay and I.

Your presence at our wedding and the fact that you are traveling so far to be with us on our special day is truly the greatest gift we could receive. For some friends and family who still have asked about our registry wants please visit the registry tab.
