4:30 PM – 5:15 PM: Vows exchange 
5:15 PM – 6:30 PM: Enjoy drinks and canapés
6:30 PM – 8:30 PM: Dinner reception 
8:30 PM – 9:45 PM: Cake & toasts
10:00 PM: Outdoor music ends
