Weekend Schedule

The Wedding Website of Rhiannon Fitz-Gerald and Andy Bendell
Here's what to expect from our wedding weekend. Please note we're finalising some of the details so the timings may move a bit, but this is what we're aiming for!

Welcome to Our Wedding Weekend

3:00 pm

North Cadbury Court
United Kingdom

Whether you're staying onsite or not, you're welcome to start the weekend celebrations from 3pm onwards on the Friday and use the house as you please for a few hours... will you go for a swim and sauna, climb the stairs to the rooftop and tee-off for a few holes of golf, or just lounge about the house (and grounds, weather permitting) and soak it all up? Whatever you decide, we can't wait to see you!

Rehearsal Ceremony

6:00 pm - 6:30 pm

Only for celebrant, bride, groom, bridesmaids, best man, groomsman, and parents.

Dinner & Drinks

7:00 pm - 8:00 pm

We'll be serving up a nice warming chilli alongside rice and nachos for dinner, served in the North Hall. We'll provide soft drinks, but if you want to 'drink drink' on Friday night please bring your own (just remember, we're not going big on the first night - no one wants a hangover at a wedding!). All are welcome whether you're staying on or offsite, but please let us know if you won't be coming for dinner so we can work out numbers.

Pub Quiz

8:00 pm - 9:00 pm

To round off the evening, we'll stay in the North Hall, get into teams and see who will claim the crown of Andy and Rhiannon's Pub Quiz Champions (we need a better title!). Prizes up for grabs!

Lights Out

10:00 pm

Let's not use up all our energy on the first night! For those not staying onsite, time for you to vacate - we'll see you on Saturday. For those staying onsite, time to retire to rooms/cottages and get a good night's sleep for the main event itself!

The Morning Of

7:00 am - 11:00 am

If you want a morning swim, the pool, sauna and jacuzzi will remain open until 11am. Outdoor facilities (tennis and golf) will also be available until 11am (although not teeing off from the rooftop, that will be closed). All other facilities will remain closed on the morning of the wedding while the bridal party get ready and final arrangements are made to the North Hall and the Ballroom.

Breakfast is served

8:00 am - 10:00 am

For those staying in the house / east wing apartment / yacht club, a continental breakfast will be served in the Morning Room. For those staying in the coach houses, continental breakfast comes with the accommodation and you can help yourselves whenever.

Take your seats!

12:45 pm

Please make your way to the North Hall, pick a seat (we're not doing sides - we're one big family) and get ready for the wedding ceremony.

Wedding Ceremony

1:00 pm - 1:30 pm

We can't wait for you to witness our marriage and be part of our celebrations. We kindly ask you to turn off and put away your phones for the ceremony. Those with babies, we'll reserve seats for you at the back so if you need to nip out of the ceremony it's easy to do so!

Drinks, Canapés & Photos

1:45 pm - 3:15 pm

After we've said "I do" and got covered in confetti, grab a drink or two and some canapés in the Library and Morning Room, and have a mingle back in the North Hall. And be prepared for a few group photos...

Wedding Breakfast & Speeches

3:30 pm - 6:00 pm

Take your seat, eat, drink and be merry! We'll be serving a two-course meal in the Ballroom, while a selection of desserts will be available in the North Hall after the wedding breakfast and speeches. We’ve chosen locally sourced, seasonal dishes for the wedding breakfast. However, if you don't eat salmon or beef, an alternative meal (detailed below) will be served. Please let us know of any other dietary requirements / allergies so those can be catered for. THE MENU A selection of bread Starter: Hot smoked salmon, beetroot puree, lemon, horseradish black pepper crème fraîche and red watercress Main: Slow cooked feather blade of beef wellington, pomme purée, heritage carrots, charred hispi cabbage, roasting jus ALTERNATIVES Starter: Seeded White Lake goats cheese, beetroot purée, roasted beetroot, black olive crumb, Isle of White balsamic jelly Main: Root vegetable filo wellington, pomme purée, heritage carrots, charred hispi cabbage, roasting jus

After the cake-cutting in the North Hall, grab one of our signature cocktails (or tipple of your choice) and if you're feeling lucky, why not try your hand in the underground casino? Sadly, no free bar in the evening - we're not Jay-Z and Beyoncé. But, to keep the cost of booze down for you, we're doing the bar ourselves and buying drink in bulk (thank goodness for credit cards!). Because of this, the bar will be CASH ONLY so please remember to get some pennies out before the weekend. Approximate price list: Squash - 50p Fizzy soft drink - £1 Beer / lager / cider (inc. non-alcoholic) - £2 Wine / prosecco - £3 Spirit + mixer (single) - £3 Spirit + mixer (double) - £4 Cocktail - £5

Dance the Night Away

7:30 pm - 11:00 pm

Join us on the dance floor in the Ballroom for our first dance, and then dance the night away to a brilliant Celtic band who'll be performing covers as well as getting us to do some Ceilidh dancing!

More Food!

8:30 pm

Cheese, crackers, and picky bits will magically appear in the North Hall.

After Party in the Basement Disco

11:00 pm

The night's not over yet... grab your glowsticks and continue to party in the basement disco. There's no curfew, so let's see how long we last (and place bets on if it's Andy or Rhiannon who goes to bed first!).

Walk Off the Hangover???

8:30 am

Welly boots and warm coats might be a good idea!

Depending on the weather - and how much sleep we've all had (not to mention drink consumed) - we *might* go for a mooch around the grounds before breakfast. Meet in the Morning Room. Otherwise, see you at breakfast!

Coffee & Carbs in the Morning Room

9:00 am - 12:00 pm

For those staying in the house / east wing apartment / yacht club, a continental breakfast will be available from 9am in the Morning Room. Between 10am and noon, sausage and/or bacon baps (veggie/vegan options available) will be served to help soak up the night before (that's for everyone staying onsite). For those staying in the coach houses, continental breakfast comes with the accommodation and you can help yourselves whenever - then come over for the baps if you want from 10am.

Can't Believe It's Over!

2:00 pm

Safe travels and good journeys home, and thank you for coming to celebrate with us.
