This event is for the out of town families that make accommodations to attend the big day. Whether you check into a nearby hotel or have booked a room onsite, the Welcome Event is for the family members to settle in and socialize with those coordinating the event. Weather permitting, there will be outdoor games available to play and other fun things to do! Venue setup begins. If you are in the wedding party or are family of the bride / groom, plan to wear comfortable clothes.

The ceremony will be taking place in the onsite chapel and the reception barn is down the hill. If rain is expected, we will do everything we can to make necessary preparations. Parking instructions will be given upon arrival.

Time to Cut Loose!
Now that we're married, don't forget to say happy birthday to Nina's grandma! Dinner will be buffet style with FANTASTIC options. Dietary restrictions have been taken into account and every effort has been made to accommodate them. The music will be CHOICE and y'all better be dancing to it. All generations have been taken into account and every effort has been made to accommodate them :) It will be a cash bar and there are alternatives available for those who don't drink. Please don't drink and drive!!!
