Shuttle from Las Vegas to Southshore
3:30 pm - 3:30 pm

Please find the shuttle bus in the northwest parking lot, near the intersection of W Sunset Rd and Ensworth St. There will only be one pickup time, so please be present for departure at 3:40pm. Alternatively, you can rideshare or drive to the venue, but please have your IDs available as they will be checked at the gate. There will be one return to Town Square parking lot after 10pm. Please feel free to RSVP if you plan to use this shuttle so we can get an estimated headcount.
Shuttle from Westin Lake Las Vegas to Southshore
4:15 pm - 4:45 pm
101 Montelago Blvd, Henderson, NV 89011
The shuttle will be picking up guests in two rounds and dropping them off at Southshore Country Club. Please make sure you are ready to catch the shuttle by 4:20 pm. Alternatively, you can drive to the venue, but please have your IDs available as they will be checked at the gate. The shuttle will return to Southshore at 10 pm and will drop off guests in two rounds. Please feel free to RSVP if you plan to use the shuttle so we can get an estimated headcount.
Wedding Ceremony & Reception
4:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits, sports jackets, and cocktail dresses. The ceremony and reception will take place on the event lawn, so we suggest leaving your stilettos at home.
There will be cocktails, dinner, and dancing to follow the ceremony. After the party is over, transportation back to Town Square near the Las Vegas strip will be provided.
After Party

For those of you not wanting to end the night at 10 pm, the second shuttle will also be dropping off guests at Ritchie McNeely's in the District at Green Valley Ranch for an afterparty! Transportation from the afterparty will not be provided, so please make sure to coordinate a ride to your respective hotels. Please feel free to RSVP if you plan to attend so we can get an estimated headcount.
