This is ranked the 3rd best zoo in America and this is one of the first places Andy took me when I came out to Nebraska for the first time. I was amazed!
This is another beautiful attraction that Andy took me to during my first visit in Omaha. It is a 100 acre public garden located in the heart of downtown Omaha, Nebraska. As a tranquil oasis for personal escape or a destination to learn about the wonders of the natural world, Lauritzen Gardens is a place of joy, beauty, and inspiration..
Andy lives down the street from Memorial Park. During my first visit to Omaha, Andy and I walked here the day I arrived. We took one of our first photos here.
The second time I came out to Omaha, Andy brought me here. It was the first time I have ever played "putt putt". This place was so much fun! I also made one of the coolest hole in ones ever and won us another round of miniature golf for free. Miniature golf meets a tropical Jurassic world! Putt among 20 realistic dinosaurs after choosing between two 18-hole courses complete with custom made obstacles like warped walls, a half-pipe, plinko, volcanoes, and more.
Topgolf is so much fun! I really want to do this with friends and family from San Diego! In short, they are a sports entertainment complex that features an inclusive, high-tech golf game that everyone can enjoy. Paired with an outstanding food and beverage menu, climate-controlled hitting bays and music, every Topgolf has an energetic hum that you can feel right when you walk through the door.
I love exploring Omaha's Old Market Entertainment District. This historic area is lively. It is a unique destination for shopping, dining, and nightlife.
Want to go "Bobbing"? It's a real thing! Bobbing is when you can stand in two states at one time. Andy took me here during my first visit to Omaha. This is the Bob Kerrey Pedestrian Bridge. It is a 3,000-foot long walkway stretches across the Missouri River, giving pedestrians a spectacular view of Omaha’s skyline and an almost airborne experience. On the Nebraska side, enjoy the 3-acre Omaha Plaza with an interactive water jet fountain, and access to the National Park Service Visitors Center. The bridge is connected to more than 150 miles of nature trails.
