We’ll be celebrating at La Joya Dulce Ranch in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. Just 15 minutes from downtown, the ranch will serve as the setting for both our ceremony and reception.
Each guest will have a designated shuttle pickup time from either the mountain base area or downtown, depending on where you’re staying. Please plan to be at your pickup spot a few minutes early so we can keep things running smoothly. We’re excited for everyone to arrive together and kick off the celebration. We’ll share specific pickup times and details as the wedding weekend gets closer.
The ceremony will be followed by an outdoor cocktail hour. The evening will continue indoors with dinner and dancing. A more detailed timeline will be shared as the weekend approaches.
Cocktail attire. We suggest suits or jackets for gentlemen and cocktail dresses or dressy separates for ladies. Most importantly, please dress in a way that feels comfortable to you. This is a mountain location, so appropriate footwear is strongly encouraged as there may be uneven ground.
Yes. Shuttle transportation from both the mountain resort base area and downtown Steamboat has been arranged. Return shuttles will begin around 9:00 p.m. and will continue running throughout the evening until the celebration winds down, so you’re free to head back whenever you’re ready.
No, parking at the ranch is not available. All guests will need to use the provided shuttles. Personal vehicles won’t be permitted on-site and gates to the ranch will be closed during the ceremony.
Please reply at your earliest convenience, no later than the date indicated on your invitation.
Steamboat Springs can be reached by car from Denver (approximately 3–3.5 hours) or by flying into Yampa Valley Regional Airport in Hayden. The drive from Denver is scenic and easy to navigate.
Yampa Valley Regional Airport (HDN) is the closest option, about 30 minutes from town. At this time of year, most flights connect through Denver. Alternatively, Denver International Airport (DEN) offers more flight options and is only about 3.5 hours from Steamboat.
We have listed several recommended hotels on the Travel page. There are also great rentals available through Airbnb and VRBO.
Early October in Steamboat typically brings cool morning, sunny afternoons, and crisp evenings. Temperatures often range from the 40s to 70s. Colorado weather can be tricky so we recommend a jacket to be on the safe side.
