Welcome Party

We’ll gather the evening before the wedding to begin the weekend together. If you’re in town, we would be so happy for you to join us to connect and celebrate ahead of the big day. Additional details, including time and location, will be shared as plans are finalized.
Saturday, October 3, 2026
Our Wedding & Reception
4:00 pm - 11:30 pm
Cocktail attire. We suggest suits or jackets for gentlemen and cocktail dresses or dressy separates for ladies. Most importantly, please dress in a way that feels comfortable to you. This is a mountain location, so appropriate footwear is strongly encouraged as there may be uneven ground.
Shuttles will begin to depart the mountain and downtown areas around 3:45pm and all guests will arrive to the ranch by 4:45pm. The ceremony will begin at 5pm and a cocktail hour will follow. Dinner will begin after sunset and continue with dancing and festivities.
Late Night Party

If you’ve still got a little party left in you, so do we! We’ll head to a bar downtown to close out the night in true Steamboat fashion.
