Matron of Honor
Stephanie Dietrich is Mallory's only sister, best friend, and confidant. Only 22 months apart in age, they grew up together side by side. Mallory had the honor of supporting Stephanie during her wedding in 2014 as she married her best friend, Gregg Dietrich. Now years later, Stephanie is helping her younger sister as she and Andy tie the knot. Stephanie and her husband Gregg have shared so many fun memories with Mal and Andy over the years and have been a great couple to look up to. Watch for the Atkins sisters' duet to Salt N Pepa on the dance floor.
Best Man
Blake and Andy have known each other since they were 16. They were roommates in college and currently live about 3 miles apart. Blake owns Dos Cycles, a vintage motorcycle, and moped parts retailer. Blake likes motorcycles, mopeds, cars, shooting, and his two dogs, Kitty and Marie. Andy was Blake's best man in 2018 when he married Mallory's bridesmaid, Andy Anderson, and Mallory was a bridesmaid in their wedding. We're honored to have them stand by our side after all these years.
Maid of Honor
Lauren Neal, Banana Peel Neal, is the absolute bestest friend a girl could ever ask for. Mallory and Lauren met in 2009 during Mallory's first day of college at SCAD during their first drawing class. They have been Pretty much inseparable ever since that day. Mallory and Lauren quickly became roommates and remained the closest friends despite living 14 hours apart for 10 years of their friendship. They talk for an embarrassing amount of hours on the phone almost daily, but the distance has made every trip and visit to see each other that much sweeter year after year. If you want to see some REALLY good Romy and Michelle dance moves, clear the floor because this duo knows how to start a dance party. Lauren is the designer of her own apparel company, Lady Captain, based in Rockport, TX. She's endlessly talented and so much fun.
Best Man
Michael and Andy have been best friends since they were 14 and 15 respectively. They've lived in different cities at times but always remained close. Michael works in the film and television industry. Michael is a film maker and a photographer.
Bridesmaid
Mallory and Stacey met at SCAD in 2009 over a bathtub full of ice and cold PBR. Most of Mallory's favorite moments in college were spent with Stacey and Lauren at the fibers/fashion building, riding around Savannah, and listening to music and weekly karaoke and dance nights. Years later, Stacey and Mallory spent every day together in NYC for months during Mallory's internship, and she even let her crash on her sofa for the summer. They've traveled together while living hundreds of miles apart, spending Stacey's 30th birthday in Las Vegas, girls' trips to New Orleans, and countless visits to Atlanta and New York. Stacey is truly an incredible person and a real ride-or-die friend. Her skills and creativity are endless and so inspiring. Check out her project, 50 Pies 50 States. This amazing woman has a cookbook coming out THIS YEAR! Andy and Mallory are lucky to call her a friend and thankful to have her celebrate this day with us.
Groomsman
Nick was one of the first close friends Andy made in Atlanta. Nick and Andy became close sitting on the 529 patio damn near every night in the summer of 2012 and lived together in East Lake and Decatur. Nick loves motorcycles, 80's pop music, metal, and traveling.
Bridesmaid
Frances and Mallory met during one of the many Swoops nights in Atlanta after Frances started dating one of Andy's closest friends, Raniel. Mallory and Frances share a love of many things, but most importantly, Mallory's grateful for the evenings we sit and talk and laugh for hours. One of the best blossoming friendships in this pandemic grew stronger each meetup, from 6 feet apart porch hangs to breakfast deliveries when we, unfortunately, had covid. True friends are hard to come by, and we're lucky to have Frances and Raniel in our lives. These two are tying the knot just a few weeks after our wedding! Cheers to many more years of being by each other's side!
Groomsman
Raniel and Andy have been friends since 2011 when Raniel came through Savannah and needed a place to stay. Raniel moved from Orlando to Atlanta in the summer of 2012 with just a backpack of clothes and a dirtbike jammed into his Carolla. Raniel likes motorcycles, bicycles, camping, and adventuring. Raniel and Frances Shaw are getting married in June of 2023 as well.
Bridesmaid
One of the endless Andys that has entered Mallory's life since the day she met Andy Simpson! Andy married Andy Simpson's best man, Blake Anderson, in 2018, and Mallory and Andy had the pleasure of standing beside these amazing humans as they tied the knot. Blake and Andy started dating around the same time Andy and Mallory met. All four have spent the last 12 years living a few miles from each other, celebrating holidays together, and hosting backyard hangs. Andy is an incredibly talented illustrator, graphic designer, a fantastic cosplay artist, and the kindest person around. Don't miss this duo's moves on the dance floor!
Groomsman
Bobby and Andy share a broad range of hobbies and interests. They became good friends when Bobby worked at a motorcycle and scooter shop across the parking lot from the office Andy interned at. Bobby is a very skilled fabricator and has built just about every kind of two-wheeled object. Bobby and his wife, Mariana, welcomed baby Lou into the world in 2021, and we are in love with the whole Costello crew.
Bridesmaid
When you and your sister are close in age you are bound to spend a lot of time with your sister's best friends. Callen has been like a sister to Mallory for many years and a best friend. Stephanie and Callen are easily two of the funniest ladies to be around. Mallory was lucky to grow up with both of them rooting for her, laughing with her, and supporting her during hard times and the best times- much like a true sister would. Much like all the members of our bridal party, your girl can bust a move on the dance floor!
Groomsman
Enzo and Andy became friends immediately when he moved to Atlanta from Boston with his now-wife Jess. He just showed up one day at the Roger's street shop and never left. Enzo is mail carrier with the USPS, a musician, and a collector of mopeds and ephemera. Andy had the honor of being a groomsman in Enzo's wedding in 2021. Enzo and Jess welcomed baby Guinevere in 2022 and we couldn't be more proud of them as new parents.
Officiant
Mal and Andy met Nick on a Tuesday Night Swoops moped ride in 2013. Nick quickly became one of our most beloved fixtures and most reliable friends. This will be the second wedding he has officiated. Nick and his wife Lauren are one of our closest couple friends. They're kind, caring, and the best dog parents a rescue could hope for.
Usher
Ryan is Mallory’s cousin and her mothers' nephew. He is the father of three lovely kids whom Mallory and Andy are close with. He met his wife Ashley in high school, and Mallory and Stephanie have been close with both of them ever since. Ryan has been like a big brother to Mallory her entire life, and it means the world to have him be a part of this big day. Being involved in their sons Jackson, Owen, and Anderson’s life has been very important to us. Jackson spent an unforgettable week in Atlanta last year with us, and we always love our visits to Ohio to visit the boys. We’ve personally seen Owen break out some serious dance moves at many weddings. We’re sure you won’t be able to miss the Steinmetz boys on the dance floor (they’re the shortest guests).
Usher
Andy and Eugene met through mopeds and quickly became good friends. Eugene and his wife Rachel are two of the kindest people we've ever met. They've shown up for us countless times during our years here in Atlanta, and we're so thankful to have them in our lives. Eugene and Mallory's birthdays are two days apart, so we've shared many cakes and celebrations over the years.
