We saw each other across Hangfire. We started talking after the introduction from a mutual friend. We talked for a while, we got another drink, and we walked down Congress street together to the bar where Brent and Stephanie were waiting. We parted at the door without exchanging phone numbers and spent the rest of the week thinking about each other. We both went out that weekend hoping to see the other. We found each other again at Hangfire and spent almost every day of the next two years together.

We graduated at different times. We moved to Atlanta together and Mallory finished school. Mallory went to New York for a summer and Andy stayed behind with Angus, the real love of Mallory's life. When Mallory came back to Atlanta we settled in Decatur. We've traveled, taken in dogs, grown together, and spent almost every day together. After 11 years we decided it was time to celebrate our relationship with the people we love and got engaged.
