You may use the NYC subways to get to Grand Central Terminal train station. From there, you can take the Hudson Line directly up to the Poughkeepsie train station, which is a short distance to many hotels and the wedding venue.

This airport is 1 hour and 40 minutes drive from the hotels. From here you can rent a car or use the transit system directly from the airport to get to Grand Central Terminal train station.
