Our ceremony is starting PROMPTLY at 2:00PM EST. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early in order to park and make your way to the ceremony area. Plan for the traffic as it can be hectic regardless of day/time.
While we love your kids, we are having an adults-only event so everyone can fully enjoy and relax. We hope you'll take this as a chance for a special date night!

Yes, appetizers will be served during cocktail hour and dinner will be served during the reception. If you have any allergies or dietary requirements, please indicate this when you RSVP or speak with the bride or groom directly. Please indicate your meal preference when you RSVP. You are welcome to change this day-of, we just need a general idea ahead of time.
Yes, we would love for you to bring a loved one along. Please ensure you RSVP for you and your guest. Everyone should have a plus one so if you see an error, please let the bride or groom know so we can fix this for you.
For the ceremony, please sit wherever you feel comfortable. There will be reserved seating in the front rows for select family and friends though. We ask that you fill in from front to back and towards the aisle to help us get the best photographs. Reception seating will be assigned tables to avoid any confusion and to allow us all to eat on time!
Before and after the ceremony, yes! We highly encourage it! We would love as many photos and videos as possible please. We will have a QR code set up onsite where you can scan and upload them. We do ask that the ceremony be unplugged in order for our photographers to get the best professional photos without cell phones showing.
Yes, this is a completely outdoors event. Restrooms are indoors though. End of January in Florida should be mild and dry so we are not expecting rain. We have multiple backup plans and covered areas if necessary. The temperature this time of the year typically ranges between 50-70 degrees Fahrenheit. Please plan accordingly. We will have heaters, if needed, stationed around for anyone that may get cold and special areas in the AC indoors if needed for medical purposes.
The mansion is a historical site and only select family and friends have been provided access to go inside. Restrooms are open to all though and are easily accessible from the outside. If you wish to explore the mansion, they do provide tours when there are no events occurring. Please visit Sydonie Mansion's website for more info if interested.
This website is tracking a lot of information for us that we ask you to personally fill out. Please RSVP yes or no by November 29th, 2025. We require a definitive response either way. You can do this on the RSVP tab of this website. This allows us to get the correct count into our vendors. We are paying per person so please only RSVP for those who are attending. If you do not respond by the deadline, you will unfortunately be marked as not attending and we will miss you greatly.
