Our favorite Charleston beach, and where we got engaged. There are great restaurants along the main strip. Stop by Co-Op to get a frozen rose and a sandwich, or Mex 1 for a margarita! When going to the beach, you'll likely have to street park - make sure your tires are off the road! We recommend heading up to Station 28 or 29, slightly off the main drag, to find parking easier.
Charleston City Market - Open 7 days a week and filled with local vendors' art, jewelry, souvenirs, treats, and more! King Street - You can't come to Charleston without strolling down it's most iconic street. Lined with restaurants, bars, and the best shopping! First Friday Art Walk - Free event the first Friday of every month (May 1!!) art galleries downtown open their doors to the public to wander in and out of, often with free wine. This is a Bridget and Andy staple date night followed by a cheese and charcuterie board at Gaulart & Maliclet, and topped off with oysters at Pearlz.
