When should I book my room at Hotel Emma in order to use the Room Block Rate discount?

Answer

On or before July 11, 2018. After this date then the discounted rates will expire and the full price rate will incur. Please refer to the Travel & Accommodations tab for more detail.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please make the request on the wedding RSVP on or before July 7, 2018 to allow enough time for the caterer to prepare. We will do our best to accommodate.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking for the ceremony at the University of Incarnate Word right in front of the Chapel of Incarnate Word. We encourage you to get there early for a closer parking spot. There is also plenty of parking for the reception across the street from the Pearl Stables between Avenue A and Pearl Parkway. For a map online, please go to www.atpearl.com/about/parking

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.
