Our ceremony will take place at the top of the mountain. Please note you will be going up the Eagle Bahn Gondola and then it is a short walk to the amphitheater on a sidewalk. For those who find the walk challenging (i.e. heels or altitude), there will be a golf cart that will shuttle to and from the Gondola. The ceremony will begin at 5 pm but we ask that you start arriving at the Gondola at 4:30 pm. Upon arrival you will be provided with your lift ticket! The Gondola is located in Lionshead and is a short (<5 min) walk from the Arrabelle, Ritz Carlton and any other hotels in Lionshead. It is about a 15 minute walk from The Lodge and any hotels in Vail Village. While there is parking available, if you don't want to walk we recommend taking the free Vail town shuttle, which has pick up stops throughout Lionshead and Vail Village.

Following the ceremony we will head back down the Gondola for a cocktail hour at the base of the mountain followed by a reception at the Arrabelle in Vail Square. Evenings can get chilly so we recommend bringing a wrap or jacket!
