Getting to Gilbertsville Farmhouse (Printable Directions)

336 COYE BROOK ROAD, GILBERTSVILLE, NY 13843 **For GPS, enter town as SOUTH NEW BERLIN, NY 13843 Take George Washington Bridge UPPER LEVEL Take Exit 74 towards Palisades Pkwy North Stay on Palisades Pkwy North for about 34 miles Take the US 6-W Exit, EXIT 18, on the left Enter next roundabout and take 1st exit onto US-6 W/LONG MOUNTAIN PKWY Follow US 6-W for about 7 miles MERGE onto Rte 17 West Stay on Rte 17 West for about 105 miles Take the RT-8/RT-10 exit, EXIT 84, toward DEPOSIT/WALTON Continue to follow NY-8 N for about 30 miles Turn RIGHT onto NY-51 and follow for about 6 miles Turn LEFT at Coye Brook Road (SEE NOTES BELOW) Our farmhouse is the SECOND property you will see on your right. NOTES: While you are driving on NY-51, you will see a wood sign on the road marking the beginning of the Town of Gilbertsville - (very small town). Once you pass that sign, you are about a mile from Coye Brook Road, so pay attention to your left side.

We've got a block of rooms for Friday and/or Saturday at the Hampton Inn in Oneonta. They have free breakfast in the morning and we'll plan on having taxi(s) picking up and dropping off guests staying at the hotel. When booking your room, mention our wedding to receive a discount (or book using the link here)- they have rooms with king-sized beds with a sofa bed or two queen-sized beds. ** Book by May 7th to get our group rate of $189/night **

Super 8 by Wyndham Oneonta/Cooperstown (Book by 6/1)

Hotels in Oneonta have high prices due to the Little League tournaments in nearby Cooperstown, so Super 8 is a more budget-friendly option. We have a block if you call to make a reservation, and will also plan on having taxis pick up and drop off people staying at Super 8. ****You must call them at (607) 353-6875 and mention our wedding when booking your room to get a room from our block and receive our group rate of $129-134/night.****

There are a couple of local Airbnbs close to Gilbertsville Farmhouse. You'd be closer, but the shuttle will not be able to transport you to or from the wedding. Note: If you want to use a taxi service we recommend A&D Taxi -- though you *must call at least 24 hours in advance* to prearrange a driver! IMPORTANT: If you're not driving or taking the shuttle to the wedding you will need to *pre-book* a taxi at least 48 hours in advance. Taxis hold up to 6 people and you can carpool with others within a 10-mile radius to split costs. The cost is a $4 base charge + $3.50/mile (as long as you say it's for the Festa-Pilc wedding). Note that you'll be calling a woman named Chrissy's cell phone. She handles the weddings. She is usually available *outside of* 8am-5pm, so try to call outside of this time or make sure to leave a voicemail. ***Masks must be worn in the taxi***
