Answer

A block of rooms is reserved for our wedding. To book in this block, please follow these instructions. Step 1: Copy and paste this link into your browser - https://www.hilton.com/en/attend-my-event/cunmchh-wedlco-a9ca6fc7-dd1f-4feb-bfc7-a05bdd100ad/ Step 2: Click on "Visit the booking page" under Rooms & Rates Step 3: Click Dec 2026 (you will see our rate only in the month of December). NOTE: If it does not show any rooms available, please reach out to Andy directly so he can work with the hotel to add more rooms into the block. Step 4: At the top of the page, change "1 Night" to "3 Nights", select the number of guests who will be staying in the room, and then click "Update". Confirm the number of guests is correct as this will affect the rate and there will be a penalty assessed at check-in if you do not enter the correct number of guests during the booking process. Step 5: Click on the rate shown in the calendar Step 6: Select your room type (Note: if you would like a different room type, you must pay the standard rate outside the wedding block). Step 7: Enter your payment and guest information. (Note: you will not be charged prior to arrival and a credit card must be presented in person at check-in to be charged for the entire stay plus $100/night incidental hold, which is released back to you upon check out). NOTE: If you would like to stay longer than 3 nights, it is possible for you to still pay the discounted wedding price. Please reach out to Andy or Corey directly to inquire. Cancellation Policy: You have free cancellation before 11:59pm on October 19, 2026. If you cancel after that date, you will be charged the first night's stay in full as a penalty.

Question

What is the dress code for wedding day?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us. We ask that you not wear white. Please dress semi-formal and wear warm bright colors. Remember, shorts are not formal. Below you will find some notes on semi-formal attire. For Women: - Dresses: Cocktail dresses, midi-length dresses, and even some well-designed maxi dresses are all suitable. Look for elegant silhouettes in fabrics like satin, crepe, or chiffon. -Jumpsuits and Pant Suits: These are also great options for semi-formal weddings, offering a stylish and comfortable alternative to dresses. - Accessories: Choose accessories that add a touch of elegance without being overly flashy. For Men: - Suits: A classic suit is the go-to choice for semi-formal attire. Consider lighter-colored suits. - Ties: Corey hates ties. Though ties are part of semi-formal attire, we will not require that our guests wear them. - Dress Shirts: A crisp, well-fitting dress shirt is a must-have for a semi-formal look. Also, don't forget to pack sunscreen since we will be outside most of the day, Liquid IV or electrolytes for those of us planning to drink in the sun, and ladies you may want a wrap or cover of some type because it may get chilly in the evening in your pretty dresses!
