Please find the shuttle bus schedule below - TO VENUE: 5:00 PM - shuttle bus departs from the Williamsburg Lodge 5:15 PM - shuttle bus departs from the Holiday Inn Express 5:30 - shuttle bus departs from the Target on Monticello Road FROM VENUE: 10:15 PM - shuttle bus departs from the venue and will drop-off in the order of Target, Holiday Inn Express, Governor's Green, and the Williamsburg Lodge 12:15 PM - shuttle bus departs from the venue and will drop-off in the order of Target, the delis (bars in downtown Williamsburg), Holiday Inn Express, Governor's Green, and the Williamsburg Lodge The bus company is Oleta; the name will be written prominently on the side of the bus. *Please note: the last stops of the night will be the Wyndham Governor's Green and the Williamsburg Lodge; your ETA on the bus will be after 1:00 PM. Guests are more than welcome to get off the bus at any earlier stops and Uber/Lyft/taxi from there.

Uber and Lyft DO NOT are not available to drive to/from the wedding venue. Instead, please use the following taxi companies - Cardinal Cabs of Williamsburg, (757) 345-5557 Historic Taxi Williamsburg, (757) 258-7755 Triangle Taxi, (757) 220-2222 *Please call 30 minutes in advance of your desired pick-up time as the venue is located outside of town.

We are planning for an outdoor wedding ceremony with heaters and blankets, but we still suggest you dress warmly! The reception venue is inside and heated. The address of the venue is 13221 John Tyler Memorial Hwy, Charles City, VA 23030. It is about 30 minutes from downtown Williamsburg.
